Refund & Exchange Policy

Incorrect Size, Color, or Product Received:

If you receive an item that does not match your original order in terms of size, color, or product, you may return it within 7 days using a reputable courier to the address below.

Please include the following in your return package:

• Full Name

• Contact Number

• Delivery Address

• Order Number

• A clear description of the item you are requesting in exchange

Important:
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item received differs from what was originally ordered.
We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing if the order was placed without referring to our official Size Chart (available via the top menu).
